CSA PICKUPS, PLEASE NOTE CHANGES: After this week, the remaining 2 CSA pickups will resume in mid-Nov. Just in time for your Thanksgiving plans. Crops… spinach making a BIG comeback, lettuce, arugula, cabbage, sweet potatoes and more. Greens taste amazingly better after a frost! As a farmer, I am a planner and constantly evaluating my farming system. Given the pandemic-related shortages and bottlenecks, and changing weather patterns, this year taught us to pause and rethink how we do things. Disruptions in our crop production have opened up new possibilities for us. As your farmers, we look forward to extending our CSA season into the fall and continuing to grow your food. The potatoes will be sweeter and brussel sprouts fresh picked for your holiday! Thank you for all your love and support of NJ agriculture.
